- Cross-device synchronization via iCloud

3. User Accounts and Authentication
3.1 Account Creation
- You must sign in using Apple's "Sign in with Apple" service
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

6. Subscription Terms

Lumin offers premium features through subscription plans managed via Apple App Store:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
- Pricing and billing are handled by Apple
6.2 Free Trial
- Free trials may be offered for premium features
- Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
- You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges
6.3 Refunds
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
- We do not process refunds directly

7.1 OpenAI Integration
- The App uses OpenAI's API for AI-generated content

By using Lumin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
